HISTORY OF AA CONSTRUCTION

ESTABLISHED IN 2008.

Owned by Arnoldo Verduzco, AA Construction opened its doors in 2010. Prior to launching AA Construction, Arnoldo worked for another company where he mastered every phase and technique of building. With 25 Years of building experience, our team will tackle any job, regardless of size. Nothing you want to do is too big or too small for our team! 

Our love for the environment and nature has inspired our family company to initiate totally eco-friendly building techniques and equipment. Every member of our enterprise is well-educated and highly-trained in safe, recycling methods. 

AA Construction works from the beginning (architectural building plans and city permits) through construction (site prep, building phase, clean-up, inspection), and all the way to escorting you into your new house. AA Construction guarantees a cleaner, safer environment, a first-class home, and a future full of special memories.

MEET THE BUSINESS OWNER

My name is Arnoldo Verduzco, a family man and an entrepreneur. Home construction is my passion and is my American dream.

In July of 1984, I arrived in the U.S. with only the clothes on my back and a heart full of dreams. I started a landscaping company in California. Eventually, wanting to expand my skills, I accepted a position as a laborer with a national construction company. Eventually, I was promoted through the ranks and became a superintendent as I managed construction of hundreds of homes and condos all over the California Bay Area.  

It wasn’t long before I decided to start my own construction company and founded AA Construction. We specialize in high-quality, green home/condo construction and renovation. Our highly-trained and skilled workers will design, build, and landscape the home of your dreams while preserving the beauty of our state's environment.
